Large 5-gallon Hilway Direct PLUS Floor Finish & Cleaner/Maintainer is an all-in-one finish and cleaner for maintaining resilient floors in commercial facilities. Apply 2 initial coats full strength then dilute for routine maintenance. Alternate cleaning cycles with Neutral Cleaner for best results. Excellent for commercial floor maintenance routines to minimize strip and recoat cycles. Use to protect and reduce floor scratch marks on vinyl- sheet, VCT, LVT. LVP, rubber, linoleum, PVC, Non-PVC floors, cork, marble, slate, quarry tile, terrazzo, concrete and asphalt tile. Hilway Direct Plus provides a low-shine acrylic layer of finish. Contains low VOCs and is non-hazardous.
<strong>Coverage for a single coat:</strong> 1,500-2,000 square feet per gallon. Proper application requires two (2) coats. Coverage rate may vary depending on porosity of flooring material.

<strong>Directions For Use:</strong>
<br><strong>Initial Application:</strong>
<ol>
<li>Clean floor thoroughly prior to application of finish. For floors with a factory finish, remove finish following flooring manufacturer's instructions. Rinse thoroughly with water after removing old coating to neutralize.</li>
<li>Shake finish well then let it settle 5 minutes before use.</li>
<li>Apply a thin, even, undiluted coat using a microfiber applicator mop.</li>
<li>Apply 2-3 coats, allowing each coat to air dry completely (approx 30-60 minutes) between coats.</li>
<li>Allow finish to dry for at least eight (8) hours after the second coat and before use.</li>
</ol>
<strong>Daily Cleaning, Mop & Bucket:</strong>
<ol>
<li>Sweep floor to remove loose dirt.</li>
<li>Dilute 1oz Hilway Direct Plus per 1 gallon warm water.</li>
<li>Mop floor with diluted cleaning solution using a 2-bucket system. Use clean water in 2nd bucket to rinse mop.</li>
<li>Pick up excess solution with a tightly wrung-out mop.</li>
<li>Allow floor to air dry. <em>Do not rinse floor after cleaning.</em></li>
</ol>
<strong>Daily Cleaning, Auto Scrubbing Machine:</strong>
<ol>
<li>Sweep floor to remove loose dirt.</li>
<li>Dilute 1oz Hilway Direct Plus per 1 gallon warm water.</li>
<li>Scrub floor with diluted cleaning solution.</li>
<li>Trail mop excessive wet areas behind scrubber.</li>
<li>Allow floor to air dry. <em>Do not rinse floor after cleaning.</em></li>
