Return Policy


ALL REFUNDS ARE FOR UNOPENED, UNUSED PRODUCT ONLY, NOT SHIPPING COSTS

A return authorization is required for all returns and can be obtained by calling (877)356-6748 or by emailing to info@hilway.com. You are responsible for return shipping cost plus a 20% restocking fee.


For an order processed correctly by Hilway

Products may be returned up to 60 days from the date of purchase. You are responsible for return shipping cost plus a 20% restocking fee. All orders returned within 30 days from the date of purchase will be credited back to the original form of payment. All returns received after the allotted period of 30 days will be issued store credit. A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refunded or credited amount.

You are responsible for the condition of the goods and for their reasonable care and packaging to ensure return item(s) are delivered back to our facility in new condition. Only unopened, unused items may be returned. If possible, use original packaging materials for return shipment. Use a trackable method of shipment, via the carrier of your choice, for proof of delivery back to us.

Returned items that are damaged, or not in new condition, when received at our facility will not be refunded. You may want to purchase additional insurance from the shipping company, for the value of items being returned, in the event damage happens en route. Any claim for return shipment damage will be between you and the shipping company for return shipments. Hilway by Floorguy Supply is not liable for return shipment claims.


For an order processed incorrectly by Hilway

Contact us in a timely manner and we will, as appropriate, provide a return shipping label, replace or refund items, or take other action as decided on a case by case basis. We may ask for additional information such as photos of items or packaging in order to take any of the above mentioned actions.
